Liesa Elliott is a Consulting Meteorologist based in Nashville, Tennessee. Her focus is to provide select clients with senior-level permit and dispersion modeling expertise to complement their existing engineering and environmental staff in meeting critical regulatory deadlines, and to assist in developing and implementing cost-effective solutions.

Ms. Elliott specializes in air dispersion modeling for Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD), risk assessment, Title V and state permit applications, as well as meteorological data collection, review, and processing. Her clients include the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and major facilities in the energy, ethanol, chemical, cement, aluminum, natural gas and construction industries.
